1Do you do UX design for both web and mobile?
Yes. We design for web (responsive across all breakpoints), Android (Material Design 3), and iOS (Human Interface Guidelines). If you need all three, we build a unified design system that adapts to each platform's conventions.
2Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely. Send us your brand guide, existing assets, and any screens you want us to align with. We design within your brand system rather than imposing our own aesthetic — unless you want a full rebrand, which is a separate engagement.
3How many revision rounds are included?
Two structured revision rounds are included per design phase (wireframes and high-fidelity). We work with a shared Figma file so you can add comments directly on the designs — no back-and-forth on email screenshots.
4What format do you deliver the final designs in?
Figma files with organised frames, a component library, design tokens (colours, typography, spacing), and exported assets in the formats your developers need (SVG, PNG @1x/2x/3x). We also provide a Zeroheight style guide link for easy developer reference.
